Delite srl, as the Data Controller, and as required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (‘GDPR’) hereby informs you that the GDPR aims to protect data subjects in relation to the processing of their personal data, and that the data will be processed in accordance with the principles of fairness, legality, transparency, and in order to protect your confidentiality and rights.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the above Regulation, and the confidentiality obligations it contains.

With your consent, your personal data may also be used for the following purposes:

  2. Replies to website enquiries;
  3. The correct use and functioning of this website;
  4. To defend rights in legal proceedings or before jurisdictional authorities in the exercise of their functions.

Your data will only be processed by the personnel who have been expressly authorised by the data controller and in particular, by the following categories of personnel:

  • IT service providers.

Disclosure: Your personal data will not be disclosed in any form.

Period of storage. In accordance with the principles of legality, limitation of purposes and minimisation of data, (Article 5 GDPR), your personal data will be stored for:

  • only as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data was collected and processed in order to execute the contract.
