Performance
Maestro HE is equipped with:
- A beater with no central shaft and POM blades to remove all the ice cream.
- Self-adjusting scraper pads so the cylinder is constantly clean and performs well.
- Post-cooling: the cold setting is turned on when the ice cream is removed to keep its consistency intact.
- A control switch to start production, extraction, cleaning or to stop the machine.
- LCD display: showing the ingredients to be added during the processing phases to assist you when making recipes.
- The machine comes with a recipe book.
Convenience
Using Maestro HE is easier than ever thanks to its features:
- the machine is always used standing upright.
- It is fitted with a stainless steel shower head, with a safety catch, on the front of the machine to make it easier to wash.
- With Easy Way, you can make and pasteurise the mixture with the batch freezer.
- It has a mat to stop the tray from moving so it is easier to remove the mixture and add swirls.
- The processing menus are customisable.
