Pastomaster XPL P 120

The Pastomaster XPL P pasteuriser is easy to use and manage, so it is perfect for all gelato parlours. Its strength lies in its cycle times: the heat exchange per litre of mixture, heating to 85°C and cooling to 4°C, is extremely quick in under 2 minutes. With this technology, energy consumption and pasteurisation times are directly proportional to the quantity of mixture to be made.

  • Intermediate Pasteurisation, with a choice of temperature between 65°C and 95°C

The one-piece exchange pump with a “dry heat bain-marie”, patented by Carpigiani, guarantees:

SAFETY – HYGIENE

Hygiene and safety are essential requirements for a pasteuriser. Pastomaster XPL P is designed to be the most efficient in this field:

  • Once it exceeds 50°C, the churning stops when you lift up the cover to prevent the boiling mixture from spraying you, and the display will show the message “Caution: Boiling Hot”.
  • Safety measures in the event of a blackout or an interruption to the water supply. In fact, the machine checks whether the mixture has been altered or not based on the time and temperature settings and, if so, it starts a new pasteurisation cycle.
  • The mixture circulates continuously inside the temperature-controlled tap, ensuring it stays at the right working temperature.
  • The tap can be fully removed, washed and inspected to ensure the highest hygiene standards for the machine.

  • Optional steel shelf for the bucket.
  • Optional kit for hygienically transferring the mixture.
