SAFETY – HYGIENE
Hygiene and safety are essential requirements for a pasteuriser. Pastomaster XPL P is designed to be the most efficient in this field:
- Once it exceeds 50°C, the churning stops when you lift up the cover to prevent the boiling mixture from spraying you, and the display will show the message “Caution: Boiling Hot”.
- Safety measures in the event of a blackout or an interruption to the water supply. In fact, the machine checks whether the mixture has been altered or not based on the time and temperature settings and, if so, it starts a new pasteurisation cycle.
- The mixture circulates continuously inside the temperature-controlled tap, ensuring it stays at the right working temperature.
- The tap can be fully removed, washed and inspected to ensure the highest hygiene standards for the machine.
