The 191 Steel version with a pressurised gear pump (version P) has the following features:
- POM gears, which guarantee the best structure and high quality. The overrun can also be changed from 40% to 80%.
- Separate pump drive, which extends the life of the pump and the gears and guarantees flexibility with high performance.
The 191 Steel version with a gravity-fed system (version G) is equipped with control valves, which naturally add air into the mixture, for a dry, compact ice cream and an overrun of up to 40%.
PERFORMANCE
The 191 Steel is equipped with:
- A beater in the container. It prevents the product forming layers and helps reduce the production of foam, while keeping the mix consistency fluid.
- A high-efficiency steel beater for a soft, creamy ice cream (version P). A POM beater for a dry, compact ice cream (version G).
CONVENIENCE
The 191 Steel has the following features:
- Adjustable dispensing speed to meet all volume and speed needs.
- Direct expansion cylinder, which optimises the refrigeration process.
