The 193 Steel version with a pressurised gear pump (version P) has the following features:
- Steel gears, which guarantee the best structure and high quality. The overrun can also be changed from 40% to 80%.
- Separate pump drive, which extends the life of the pump and the gears and guarantees flexibility with high performance.
The 193 Steel version with a gravity-fed system (version G) is equipped with control valves, which naturally add air into the mixture, for a dry, compact ice cream and an overrun of up to 40%.
Both versions have two separate beater motors and cylinders. The separate cylinders allow you to make different types of ice cream at the same time, including very different ones.
