Mister Art Plus

Mister Art Plus is the dual non-stop artisan gelato-making station because it has two pasteurisation containers side by side, two motors and two separate mixing cylinders, so it can make two separate mixes at the same time and many different gelato.
It is a highly versatile and flexible machine with three levers which the operator can use to manage gelato production, creating extravagant specialities rich in a variety of flavours to satisfy all types of customers.
Mister Art Plus is a three-levered machine; if you lower the left and right-hand side ones, you get two types of single-flavour gelato, while the central lever provides a two-flavour gelato.

    It makes two types of “crystal” semi-thick gelato and is fitted with two dispensing guns (like two “non-stop piping bags”) for quickly making layered cakes and eye-catching filled gelato .
  • Mister Art Plus is a special patisserie machine:
    It makes two types of frozen desserts at the same time, such as single portions of gelato and spumoni gelato, as well as fresh desserts, such as mousses and Bavarian creams.
  • All found in one recipe book
    The recipe book contains 58 recipes: 30 for gelato , cakes and sticks, 18 for gelato patisserie products and 10 for spumoni gelato, mousses and Bavarian creams.
    The spumone gelato recipe does not include any eggs.

PERFORMANCE

Mister Art Plus is equipped with two containers, two motors and two separate cylinders to make two products with different consistencies at the same time.

CONVENIENCE

Mister Art Plus has a port for extra attachments to make filling products even easier: 2 for gelato patisserie products, 2 for fresh patisserie products, and 1 tube with a dispensing gun to get the “crystal” gelato flowing quickly into the moulds for cakes and sticks.

SAVING

Fewer ingredients are needed to add flavour because the overrun soothes the cold sensation in your mouth, heightening the flavours. A lower weight of gelato is needed to fill the moulds, compared with traditional gelato, because the crystals have a bigger volume. Less serial production time is needed because Mister Art is a “non-stop piping bag”.

SAFETY – HYGIENE

Mister Art Plus prevents against injuries thanks to its rounded and connected corners.
