SAFETY – HYGIENE
The Turbomix is designed so that it is always safe for the operator:
in fact, for it to work, it requires both of the operator’s hands to be on the control handles at the same time. The speed is adjusted by scrolling your thumbs over these handles. After your hands have been on the handles for 10 seconds in a row, the machine will release a beep and display a light, indicating that it can now be used automatically.
It is also very easy to switch emulsifiers: by unscrewing the ring nut under the motor, the emulsifier is released and can be pulled out so it can be changed. The joint between the motor and the rotor is made from plastic, and easy to replace, to protect the machine in the event of improper use. At the end of the working day, any emulsifiers used must be fully taken apart so they can be completely cleaned.
OPTIONS
Optional Cutter. This is a rotating blender for breaking up large and very large pieces of fruit, such as pears and apples.
Optional Bucket. This is a 15-litre capacity stainless steel bucket with measuring markers. The material is highly hygienic, while the conical shape encourages the upward movement of the mixture being processed and its dimensions have been specifically designed to fit the machine perfectly.
